Paulina Sarpong-Kumankomah, BSN, RN, CRRN
With over two decades of experience, Paulina began her seasoned nursing career in 2003 and became a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts in 2011. She has served in diverse clinical settings, including Emergency Room, Medical-Surgical, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Outpatient Clinics, Long-Term Care, and currently Acute Rehabilitation.
Equipped with an Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), and a certification in Rehabilitation Nursing, Paulina brings deep clinical expertise and a holistic approach to patient care.
Beyond nursing, Paulina is a devoted Bible teacher and marriage counselor who serves in ministry alongside her husband, James, a preacher. They are blessed with three children—Israel, Alice, and James Jr.—who inspire her passion for family and faith.
Outside of work and church, Paulina enjoys reading, teaching, and watching movies. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, she is dedicated to learning, understanding, and mastering whatever she does so she can give her absolute best.
